Overview
The Flexy Sealer 85 A is a semi-automatic angular sealing machine designed for industrial packaging lines. It performs continuous cycle sealing with a welding bar of 870×620 mm, supports product heights up to 300 mm and delivers production rates up to 900 pph. The machine can operate in manual or automatic mode and integrates with S 55 and S 85 shrink tunnels for a continuous workflow.

Method of use
The operator places the product inside the film on the work surface, slides it into the sealing area and starts the cycle. The motorised sealing bar lowers and seals; after sealing the motorised conveyor moves the package into the shrinking chamber and unloads it.
