No metal-to-metal contact lowers costs and increases safetyUnlike conventional pressurized hole-plate/knife systems, the EmulsiMax 140 aspirates the premixed product through a vertically sequential system of hole plates and cutting plates. These rotate without contact at a minimal distance, ensuring high protein extraction with maximum precision even for the finest minces.
Outstanding flexibilityThe EmulsiMax 140 features a highly flexible cutting-tool configuration that achieves emulsions from coarse to extremely fine. Knife-set changes are quick and simple, and the system’s unique third cutting set prevents larger particles (e.g., raw pork skin) from passing the knife-set without being cut.
