This is a solution for socket modules mounted on the B1506A.
It supports high currents of Pulse: 400A / DC: 100A.
With minimized leakage current, it enables highly accurate measurements.
The "B1506A" is a device designed for easy and highly accurate measurement of power device characteristics,
such as MOS-FETs and IGBTs. While standard modules are available for common DIP-type devices like TO-220 and TO-3P,
custom socket modules are required for measuring devices with other package formats, such as SMD (surface-mounted devices).
For measurements requiring high voltage or high heat resistance, it is necessary to carefully consider the material of the test socket and the design of the circuit board according to the usage conditions.

It is compatible with packages such as TD-SON-8, ThinPAK8x8, and PQFN.
The test socket can share contact components, making it cost-effective even for custom designs.
