Description

Overview
The Kaye Validator AVS (Advanced Validation System) is a complete temperature mapping and thermal validation platform for autoclaves and other thermal process equipment. It combines precise sensor measurements, GxP-compliant calibration traceability and asset-centric data management to generate compliant reports and simplify validated workflows.

Advanced validation technology
AVS integrates high-precision inputs, fast scan rates and multi-level data redundancy together with validation equipment tracking and an asset-centric data model to support thermal validation studies in pharmaceutical and biotech applications.

Reduced total cost of ownership
By unifying calibration traceability, data management and compliant reporting on a single platform, the AVS reduces manual tasks, operational complexity and overall cost of validation campaigns.

AVS Console
  • Rugged console preloaded with Kaye validation software
  • Intuitive user interface with Ethernet, WiFi and docking station support
  • Asset-centric workflows for process equipment and Kaye hardware
  • Stand-alone operation via docking station and backward-compatible reporting tools
  • Designed to simplify GAMP-5 compliant validation activities

Autoclave temperature mapping study
The Validator AVS records precise temperature data at multiple locations inside the chamber, provides real-time visualization of distribution and supports penetration and hold-time analysis required for sterilization qualification.

Common Reporting Tool
The AVS is compatible with a common reporting tool for post-analysis and report generation on separate workstations, enabling flexible review and controlled document flows.
