Overview
Kaye ValProbe® RT is a real-time wireless thermal validation system for pharmaceutical and biotech thermal validation and regulatory workflows. The solution centers on a wireless data logger ecosystem and a dedicated validation software platform to capture, visualize and archive critical process data with traceability.

System components

• Wireless data loggers for in‑situ measurement of critical temperatures, pressure and humidity. Operating range: −80 °C to 140 °C.
• Base Station providing reliable real‑time wireless communications and antenna diversity to improve signal strength and link reliability.
• Validation Console preloaded with ValProbe RT® software on Windows 10 LTSC. Software modules include setup, qualification, logger verification, reporting and data backup to support validation activities.
