Description

Overview Series 2380 programmable DC Electronic Loads are single output, standalone loads with 200W, 250W and 750W models. Multiple operation modes with up to 25 kHz of dynamic cycling, superior voltage and current resolution and readback accuracy together with multiple interface choices make the Series 2380 ideal for testing a power source on your bench.

Highlights
  • Multiple operation modes: constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant resistance (CR), and constant power (CP) — enable testing a device under multiple working modes with one instrument.
  • High readback resolution and accuracy: 0.1 mV / 0.01 mA resolution and 0.025% / 0.05% voltage/current readback accuracy — provides high confidence in measurements.
  • Dynamic cycling: up to 25 kHz dynamic cycling mode with adjustable slew rate — validate transient performance of DC power sources under high-speed load changes.
  • List mode: supports up to 7 groups of list files — enables fast, accurate execution of complex test sequences with internal and external sync events.
  • Diverse test modes: battery test mode, LED simulated load test mode, voltage rise/fall time measurement mode, over current/power protection test mode — covers wide range of applications.
  • Built-in protection functions: over temperature (OTP), over voltage (OVP), over current (OCP), over power (OPP), reverse voltage protection (RVP) — protects DUT and instrument from damage.
  • Connectivity: built-in GPIB, USB, RS232 interfaces — meets different test interface needs.
