The KBox B-202-RPL is a high-performance Embedded Box PC equipped with powerful 14th and 13th Gen Intel® Core™ processors, supporting up to 24 processor cores. This system stands out for its exceptional computing performance, maximum expandability within a compact design, and low noise operation ('Whisper Quiet Operation') with a maximum of 34 dB(A). It is ideally suited for demanding applications such as high-end image processing, SCADA/MES applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. At its core, the KBox B-202-RPL features the Kontron mITX motherboard K3833-Q, designed and manufactured in Germany, supporting 14th/13th Gen Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7/i9 processors. The motherboard is equipped with the Intel® Q670E chipset and offers two DIMM sockets for high-performance DDR5 memory up to 64 GB. Fast NVMe SSDs up to 1 TB are used as mass storage. Additionally, the system provides an easily accessible drive bay for integrating a 2.5-inch SSD or two M.2 SSDs (RAID 1). Connectivity is ensured by two GbE ports (one supporting up to 2.5 GbE) and ten USB ports (including USB-C). The KBox B-202-RPL also features four DisplayPorts, a serial interface, and supports input voltages of 24 VDC or 230 VAC, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Fast wireless connections are enabled via WiFi 6. For versatile expansion, the system offers one or two PCIe slots (1x PCIe x16 or 2x PCIe x8), allowing integration of network cards up to 10 GbE or PCIe graphics cards. Alternatively, a 3.5-inch hard disk up to 12 TB or two 2.5-inch removable drives can be used. The compact design and various mounting options allow for flexible deployment.
