Product description
Continuous flow tubular centrifuge with front-opening door design. Inner and outer housings are lined in stainless steel (ANSI 304); parts in contact with product use 316 stainless steel for corrosion and temperature resistance. Available as clarification (LAB TC-Q) for liquid–solid separation and as separation type (LAB TC-F) for two- or three-phase separations (light liquid / heavy liquid / solids). Electronic multifunction touch panel provides real-time monitoring of speed, bearing temperature, overspeed protection, door-open protection and cavity cooling temperature. Control system and configuration can be adapted to customer process requirements.

Working principle
Feed flows into a high-speed rotating tubular drum where centrifugal force separates components by specific gravity differences. Discrete designs are available for continuous clarification (liquid–solid) or phase separation (two- and three-phase). Configurable as laboratory, traditional medicine clarification, blood separation, bacterial separation, biodiesel processing, explosion-proof, fully enclosed, cooling, swing or open-door types.

Application scope

• Animal and plant extraction: separation of polysaccharides, proteins, pectin, saponins, insoluble impurities and fine particles from extracts.
• Food industry: refining vinegars, condiments and oils; removing fiber, pectin, insoluble protein and pulp from juices; applications in essence, salt decolorization, sugar processing and beverage impurity removal.
• Blood products: separation of plasma and blood cells for production of plasma protein powder, albumin, heme, thrombin, SOD, etc.
• Biopharmaceuticals: vaccine preparation and bacterial isolation (examples: rabies, DTP, pneumonia vaccines; bacterial separation including E. coli, Bacillus spp., spores, lactic acid bacteria).
