Overview
Designed for cell culture, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and tissue research, the LFZ-SCOI series combines CO2 cryogenic incubation with orbital shaking to support reproducible laboratory workflows.

Features

CO2 monitoring and control system
  • Infrared CO2 sensor: fast, high-accuracy measurement stable under temperature/humidity changes and frequent door openings.
  • CO2 inlet with high-efficiency microbial filter (filters up to 99.99% of particles ≥3 μm) to reduce contamination from CO2 supply.


Temperature and humidity control system
  • High-temperature-rated temperature and humidity sensors for accurate control and rapid recovery after door openings; real-time humidity control (typical chamber 85–95% RH at 37°C).


Door temperature heating and monitoring system
  • Heated outer glass door to prevent condensation; door temperature tracks slightly above chamber temperature. Opening the door pauses heating, fans and shaker for safety and process stability.
  • Independent ambient temperature detector adjusts door heating to prevent overshoot.


Continuous operation guarantee
  • Low heat-dissipation DC motor with high starting torque and wide speed range; maintenance-free design for prolonged continuous operation.


Drive and shaking system

Sterilization system
  • 90°C high-temperature humid heat sterilization for the entire inner chamber including sensors, CO2 sensor, fans, partitions and brackets; typical full-cycle program ~18 hours.


Hierarchical authority management (optional)
  • Multi-user accounts with up to three levels (administrator, operator, visitor); touch screen supports dual-language input and logs operations for audit and maintenance.


Security functions
  • Independent temperature limit alarm with visual and audible alerts; alarms for low/high/over-temperature, abnormal speed or CO2 concentration, prolonged door opening and sterilization reminders.
  • Dedicated speed-control circuit ensures smooth shaker start to avoid liquid splashing; independent temperature limit can cut off heating when exceeded.
