Compact double-diaphragm pump for precise dosing
The LDM Mova 3000 (3") compressed air double-diaphragm pump (also referenced in some configurations as LDQ 0500 / Quova-0500) is designed for precise dosing tasks in cleanroom and chemical environments. With a flow rate of up to 60 l/min, it provides reliable process performance in a small footprint. The standard monoblock housing in PE 1000 offers strong chemical resistance; a full PTFE housing is available where higher chemical compatibility is required. The pump is intended for modular systems, laboratory equipment and small-scale process installations.

Measurement notes and test conditions
The maximum flow is a test-bench value measured with water at approx. 20 °C. Measurement is taken at the pump discharge port without hose, dispensing gun or flow meter. Actual achievable flow depends on the application, fluid properties and pump configuration. Viscosity values were determined with oil.
