OverviewThe EDNC6 sinker EDM delivers larger X/Y/Z strokes and an expanded work tank compared with the EDAF series. Standard EDNC6 machines use a three-sided programmable rise-and-fall work tank positioned below table level to process workpieces up to 1,000 × 750 mm (39” × 29”). A wide-tank option with a programmable front door supports larger parts up to 1,400 × 900 mm (55” × 35”). The design provides direct access to the work zone and a stationary worktable for faster setups and easier process monitoring. The dielectric reservoir is integrated into the base casting to improve thermal stability and reduce floor footprint.
