Overview The EDNC10 is a die-sinker EDM offering extended X/Y/Z stroke capacity in standard and wide-tank configurations. The standard tank accepts parts up to 1,500 x 1,100 mm (59.1" x 43.3") while the wide-tank option accommodates parts up to 2,000 x 1,100 mm (78.7" x 43.3"). The machine features a three-sided programmable rise-and-fall work tank and a stationary worktable that give unobstructed access to the tank. The dielectric reservoir is integrated into the base casting to save floor space and enhance thermal stability. Its rigid structure enables accurate processing of heavy workpieces up to 3,000 kg (6,614 lbs).
Control & Software The EDNC10 is delivered with the Hyper-i control system, including a large high-definition touchscreen, streamlined graphical flow and an intuitive operator interface. Key functions include HyperCut, SuperSpark™ IV, on-board digital manuals and E-Tech Doctor diagnostics to support setup and process optimization.
