Snap gauge 523 series

The Series 523 Dial Snap Meters provide direct GO/NO-GO judgment for mass-produced parts. They feature a 10.8mm (.425") spindle diameter and have IP54 protection level. They provide a dial indication accuracy of 1μm/.00005" and a dial reading or 0.001mm/.00005". The dispersion of indication is 0.4μm/.00002" and flatness is 0.3μm/.000012". The parallelism is 0.6μm/.000024" for models up to 50mm/2" or 1μm/.00004" for models over 50mm/2". The measuring face is carbide; the measuring force is 5-10N (500-1000gf).
