Overview
BlueDial integrates a Mitutoyo digimatic dial indicator with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) transmission to enable wireless viewing and recording of measurement readings on smart devices and Windows PCs. It preserves the mechanical measurement characteristics of Mitutoyo digimatic dials while adding an internal BLE module for real-time remote capture and data export.

• Selectable indicator models: Mitutoyo 543-783 (BD10-783) or Mitutoyo 543-793 (BD10-793).
• BD10-793: resolution 0.0001 in / 0.001 mm, measurement range 0.5 in / 12.7 mm.
• BD10-783: resolution 0.0005 in / 0.01 mm, measurement range 0.5 in / 12.7 mm.

Cloud & remote reading
BlueDial connects to MultiGage Cloud via a Cloud Gateway to provide remote real-time readings and historical data access from any web browser. Cloud capabilities include multi-sensor connectivity, configurable dashboards, remote sensor controls, map and summary views, and analytics tools for condition monitoring and remote inspection (MultiGage Cloud is subscription-based).

Software compatibility

• MultiGage Reader (cross-platform) — read and record measurements wirelessly on iPad, iPhone, Android devices, or Windows PC.
• iOS: MultiGage Reader and specialized apps (examples: Rotor Runout).
• Android: MultiGage Android app with multi-device support.
• Windows: MultiGage Windows app; optional USB Bluetooth dongle required for multi-device streaming to Windows PCs (Windows 7 or later).
• Apple Watch: companion app for wrist monitoring and control.
• LabVIEW: Dial Reading VI available for scanning, connection and data collection integration.
