MultiGel's ABM is a high-tech automatic blister packaging machine that thermoforms, fills and seals in a single process. Ideal for laboratories and small to medium-scale production, it is easy to use and highly versatile, thanks to its quick format changeover, which reduces downtime and optimises productivity. It works with PVC, PVDC and aluminium reels, including heat-sealable ones, and can be adapted to capsules, oblong or effervescent tablets, softgels, pearls and confetti. Designed and manufactured in Italy, it guarantees quality, reliability and flexibility even for small batches. Main features: - Compatibility with different materials: the machine supports various materials, including PVC, PVDC and aluminium, allowing flexible production suitable for a wide range of needs. - Automatic flow with waste management: at the end of the process, the blister packs are collected in a dedicated container or transported on an output belt. Waste materials can be cut or rewound onto a recovery reel, keeping the work area clean. - Control panel and vision system: the machine is equipped with an intuitive control panel that allows the operator to manage and monitor every stage of the process. An integrated vision system checks the presence and integrity of the products inside the blister packs.
