The ACL 3000 line is an advanced, Italian-made solution for the automatic counting and capping of solid medicines. Designed for medium-sized production runs in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical sectors, it offers precision, efficiency and maximum operational versatility. The process begins with the sorting of empty bottles on a rotating table, which transfers them to the conveyor belt. The CPE 6 electronic counter quickly and accurately counts capsules, tablets, pills and softgels, distributing the product evenly into the bottles. Once filled, the bottles move on to the next stages of capping and packaging. The ACL 3000 works with solid forms with a diameter of 5 to 25 mm and a maximum thickness of 20 mm, adapting to a wide range of products. It achieves a production capacity of up to 150,000 pieces per hour, optimising processing times for medium-sized batches. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel or FDA-approved materials to ensure hygiene and safety. The polished stainless steel structure ensures wear resistance and facilitates cleaning. The components are easily removable and inspectable, simplifying maintenance and daily operations.
