Automated loading system MS 1

MS 1 is the automatic capsule orienter developed by MultiGel to optimise production processes in laboratories and pharmaceutical, herbal and nutraceutical companies. Entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, it can orient up to 30,000 capsules per hour, ensuring efficiency and precision for medium-sized production runs. MS 1 handles 150 or 300 capsules per cycle and is compatible with sizes from 000 to 5. Format changeover is quick and intuitive, allowing for immediate transition between different sizes without interrupting the workflow. Thanks to its modular configuration, the machine integrates perfectly with the MultiGel MS 6 N and MS 6 AUT semi-automatic capping machines, creating a continuous and fast production system. The parts in contact with the product are made of MOCA-certified materials, ensuring safety, hygiene and compliance with regulations. In addition, the design allows for quick and easy cleaning without the need for complex maintenance.
