The MS 6 AUT is a pneumatically driven semi-automatic capsule filling machine for preparing 300 capsules at a time. The operations of capsule opening and capsule closing and the compression of powders are carried out by the respective buttons located on the front of the machine. The automation of these steps ensures their perfectly regular repetition so that the compression of powders inside the capsules is always uniform. Normally combined with the MS 4/7 or MS 1 orientator, the machine is available for all hard gelatin capsule sizes from 000 to 5. Cleaning operations as well are very simple: accessories coming in contact with the powders can be removed extremely easily, facilitating daily maintenance.
