MC 4 is a manual capsule filling machine designed to simplify and optimise capsule production in pharmacies and galenic, nutraceutical and cosmetic laboratories. Manufactured in Italy by MultiGel, it can fill up to 120 capsules per cycle, increasing production efficiency without compromising on ease of use. The frame is made from a single piece of hard anodised aluminium, which guarantees strength, durability and quick and easy cleaning. The parts in contact with the product are made from patented ERTACETAL resin and stainless steel, materials that comply with MOCA regulations for food safety. MC 4 is compatible with capsules ranging in size from 00 to 4 and can be used in conjunction with the MC 3 orienter to further speed up the encapsulation process. Accessories such as the powder hopper (fixed or adjustable), the presser pestle and the PV 1 vibrating plate are also available to make the work even easier and more efficient.
