The ACL 1500 line is a compact and versatile machine designed for the automatic counting of capsules, tablets and other solid forms, followed by the filling of bottles. Thanks to its advanced technology and intuitive design, it is the ideal solution for medium-sized production runs in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical sectors. The process consists of several stages: the empty bottles are sorted using a rotating table and placed on the conveyor belt for continuous feeding. The CPE 6 electronic counter ensures accurate and fast counting, distributing the product evenly into the bottles. Once filled, the bottles are transferred to the collection tray, ready for the next stage of packaging. ACL 1500 works with capsules, tablets, pills and softgels with a diameter between 5 and 25 mm and a maximum thickness of 20 mm. It is compatible with bottles with a height of 45 to 150 mm and a diameter of 20 to 120 mm. The system can reach a counting speed of up to 150,000 pieces per hour, adjustable according to the type of product. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel or FDA-approved materials to ensure maximum safety and hygiene. The polished stainless steel structure is designed for easy cleaning and daily maintenance. Optional accessories include a 3-point dust removal device to eliminate residues and fragments during counting.
