The MultiGel ACL 3000 D line is a high-precision automatic machine for counting capsules, tablets and softgels, followed by filling and capping bottles. Thanks to its dual counting unit, it offers high speed and efficiency, making it ideal for medium-sized production runs in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetics sectors. The process is fully automated: empty bottles are sorted via a rotating table and transferred to the conveyor belt. The two CPE 6 electronic counters perform a quick and accurate count, ensuring uniform filling of the bottles, which are then securely capped by the closing unit. The capped bottles are collected on a tray, ready for final packaging. The ACL 3000 D works with capsules, tablets, pills and softgels (opaque or transparent) with a diameter of 5 to 25 mm and a maximum thickness of 20 mm. It is compatible with bottles of various sizes and allows for quick adjustments without replacing components, offering maximum production flexibility. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel or materials compliant with FDA standards to ensure hygiene and safety. The polished stainless steel structure is robust, compact and easy to clean. Production capacity is up to 300,000 pieces per hour.
