CPR 1 is a compact and efficient single-punch tablet press designed by MultiGel for the production of tablets in pharmacies, galenic laboratories and small nutraceutical and cosmetic companies. Thanks to its robust structure and high-quality materials, it guarantees precision, reliability and durability. The machine is extremely versatile: it supports round, oblong and oval punches, allowing you to produce tablets of different shapes with a quick and easy change of formats. Despite its small size, CPR 1 is capable of producing up to 3,500 tablets per hour. The integrated piece counter allows you to monitor production in real time for constant control. The automatic loading system includes a hopper that transfers the powder to the crucible for compression. The height-adjustable punch allows the pressure to be calibrated, ensuring uniform and compact tablets. The cam movement ensures a continuous and uniform operating flow. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and compliant with pharmaceutical regulations. The design facilitates easy cleaning and daily maintenance. The control panel is simple and intuitive, allowing for practical control of all functions.
