Description

Overview
Hygienic machine feet EHMF with protected spindles are engineered for applications where cleanliness is critical. The protected spindle and rounded hygienic design limit crevices and prevent contaminant buildup, supporting compliance with hygiene standards (e.g. EHEDG, 3-A). Typical sectors: food processing, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Ensuring stability and cleanliness
The EHMF range features a vulcanized NBR rubber base that provides vibration damping and anti-slip performance. The rubber part is FDA certified (FDA CFR 21 177.2600) and supplied with a unique batch ID for food safety traceability. Polished stainless steel surfaces reduce bacterial retention and ease cleaning operations.

Features and advantages
  • Rounded hygienic design for efficient cleaning
  • Protected spindle enclosed in a sleeve to avoid contaminant accumulation
  • Compensates slopes up to 10° on floors and equipment
  • Adjustable height for precise leveling on uneven surfaces
  • High nominal load capacities and vibration damping
  • Polished stainless steel surfaces for improved hygiene

Materials
  • Base plate: Stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316
  • Spindle: Stainless steel A2-70 or A4-70
  • Rubber base: NBR (nitrile rubber, CAS 9005-98-5), vulcanized, FDA CFR 21 177.2600 certified
  • All materials: high resistance to chemicals, common cleaning agents, oils and fats
