Product overview
Hygienic levelling feet (HLF series) engineered to combine machine stability and sanitary design for food, pharmaceutical and packaging environments. Features two floor locking plates for secure anchoring and a protected/sealed spindle sleeve to prevent ingress of dirt, moisture and cleaning agents, reducing maintenance and extending service life.

Features and advantages

• Two floor locking plates for firm anchoring and reduced movement and vibration during operation.
• Protected (sleeved/sealed) spindle prevents contaminants and cleaning agents from entering the threaded mechanism.
• Rounded, hygienic design with smooth, polished surfaces to minimise contamination points and simplify washdown.
• Rubber base for vibration damping and anti-slip performance.
• Adjustable to accommodate slopes up to 10° on floors or equipment.

Materials

• Base plate: Stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
• Spindle: Stainless steel A2-70 or A4-70.
• Rubber base: NBR (nitrile rubber, CAS 9005-98-5), vulcanized FDA rubber (FDA CFR 21 177.2600) supplied with unique batch ID for traceability.
• All materials selected for high resistance to common cleaning agents, chemicals, oils and fats.
