Description

Overview
Hygienic machine feet in a rounded hygienic design with a vulcanized rubber base to reduce vibration and provide anti-slip properties. Extra-hygienic version available with FDA certificate (FDA CFR 21 177.2600) including a unique batch ID for food-safety traceability. Suited for food, pharmaceutical and biotech processing areas where cleaning and contamination control are critical.

Features and advantages
  • Rounded hygienic design for easy and effective cleaning
  • Two floor locking plates for enhanced anchoring, stability and vibration control
  • Protected/enclosed spindle (sleeve) preventing dirt, dust and contaminant ingress
  • Designed to support compliance with EHEDG and 3-A hygiene recommendations
  • Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction suitable for washdown environments
  • Vulcanized rubber base for vibration damping and anti-slip behaviour
  • Adjustable height for precise leveling on uneven floors
  • Low-maintenance design to reduce downtime

Materials
  • Base plate: stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316
  • Spindle: stainless steel A2-70 or A4-70
  • Rubber base: vulcanized NBR rubber (Nitrile rubber CAS no. 9005-98-5), FDA certified according to FDA CFR 21 177.2600
  • All materials highly resistant to common cleaning agents, chemicals, oils and fats
