Description

Overview

Hygienic levelling feet designed for demanding sanitary environments such as food processing, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. The EHLF series integrates a floor lock plate for secure anchoring and a protected spindle to prevent ingress of contaminants, providing easy cleaning and traceability of critical components.

Key benefits
  • Secure anchoring: floor lock plate fixes equipment to the floor to minimise movement and vibration.
  • Contamination prevention: protected spindle and sleeve reduce dust, dirt and moisture ingress.
  • Hygienic geometry: rounded, smooth surfaces enable efficient cleaning and compliance with sanitary design principles.
  • Vibration and slip reduction: vulcanized NBR rubber base provides anti-slip and damping properties; rubber part supplied with FDA CFR 21 177.2600 certification and unique batch ID for traceability.
  • Corrosion resistance: stainless steel construction suitable for harsh cleaning regimens and prolonged service life.

Materials
  • Base plate: stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
  • Spindle: stainless steel A2-70 or A4-70.
  • Rubber base: NBR (nitrile rubber, CAS no. 9005-98-5), vulcanized rubber part with FDA certification (FDA CFR 21 177.2600) and batch ID for traceability.
  • All materials selected for high resistance to chemicals, common cleaning agents, oils and fats.

Design notes and options
  • Rounded hygienic design to facilitate cleaning and to meet sanitary design principles (EHEDG / 3-A compliant options).
  • Capable of compensating floor or equipment slopes up to 10°.
  • Alternative thread types available on request (inch threads, trapezoidal, etc.).
  • Bases and spindles can be supplied separately for large orders to allow flexible selection of spindle sizes.
  • Designed for heavy-duty, high-load hygienic applications.
