Overview
The BSTFLEX Kevlar Ceramic Fiber Hose Protection Sleeve is a braided tubular sleeve engineered to protect hoses, hydraulic lines and cables in high-temperature, abrasive and flame-exposed environments. The composite construction combines an outer Kevlar aramid braid with an inner high-temperature ceramic fiber core to deliver thermal insulation, mechanical protection and flexibility for industrial applications.

Dual Material Structure for Maximum Performance
By integrating Kevlar and ceramic fiber the sleeve offers combined properties not achievable with single-material products.

• Kevlar provides: high tensile strength, excellent abrasion and cut resistance, impact protection and flexible handling.
• Ceramic fiber provides: extreme temperature resistance, thermal insulation and protection against radiant heat and molten splash.

High Temperature Resistance and Fire Protection
The ceramic core enables safe use near exhausts, furnaces, casting operations, molten metal areas and other continuous high-heat zones. Superior Abrasion and Mechanical Protection
