Inductive transducer with centering collar, integrated sealed hybrid electronic, DC power supply; floating DC voltage output, good temperature stability, maintenance-free plastic plain bearings and bellows; long long life
The inductive position transducer series F 200 converts smallrectilinear displacements intoelectrical analogue signals bymeans of a differential transformer with a movable core. The core is mounted on apushrod wich may be pressedby a built-in spring against theobject to be measured, or rigidly connected to the object.
The transducer is supplied witha DC voltage. A built-in oscillator provides an AC voltage tosupply the diffential transfomer. The secondary voltages of thetransformer are rectified by ademodulator which is alsobuilt-in. The oscillator and thedemodulator are hybrid circuits. The DC output voltage isstrictly proportional to the displacement of the core and, therefore, to the displacementto be measured. The electricalzero is in the middle of theuseful stroke of the pushrod.
