Product description
Mixer designed to address common issues of traditional cement mixers. The transmission is integrated into the arm and the tilting mechanism uses a gear reducer, resulting in reduced noise, compact footprint and simplified operation.

Main features

• Mixing system: Polieri mixing system with wide-bottom drum and counter-bottom, optimized blade geometry and low drum rotation speed; progressive sieving tests show homogeneous, well-blended material.
• Reducer: Gear reducer protects against accidental tipping and reduces risks associated with conventional machines.
• ABS guard: Moving parts fully guarded.
• High-strength belt: Poly-V transmission belt housed inside the motor compartment.
• Quick belt tensioning: Motor drive belt can be easily and safely tensioned.
• Easy-to-reach controls: Electric switch and power plug located beneath the motor housing for direct access.
• Drum tilting: 360° drum tilting from one side to the other without locking for flexible discharge positions.
• Finish: Epoxy-polyester powder coating for increased gloss and resistance to atmospheric agents.
• Stackability: Machines can be stacked to simplify transport and storage.
