Short description
Silenced towable cement mixer designed for on-site transport and continuous mixing operations. Towable at speeds up to 90 km/h where permitted by regulations. The enclosed transmission in the arm and the tilting system with gear reducer reduce noise and improve operational safety.

Mixing system

• Wide-bottom drum with counter-bottom to improve material flow
• Special blade geometry for efficient mixing at low drum rotation speed (24 rpm)
• Progressive sieving tests indicate homogeneous and well-blended output

Gear reducer
Gear reducer integrated in the tilting system to prevent accidental tipping and ensure safe drum operation.

Safety and protection

• ABS guard protecting moving parts
• Reinforced chassis for transport stability and durability

Transmission and maintenance

• High-resistance poly-V belt housed inside motor compartment
• Quick and safe belt tensioning system

Drum tilting
Drum can be tilted 360° from one side to the other without locking to facilitate pouring and site operations.

Finish and stacking
Epoxy-polyester thermosetting powder coating for improved gloss, durability and resistance to atmospheric agents. Machines are stackable to simplify transport and storage.
