Spiral composite pipes made of polyethylene and galvanized steel, produced according to UNI 11434 standard, suitable for creating tunnels or culverts for highway, railway underpasses, and embankments and utilities (water supply, storm and sanitary sewers, technical gases, etc.). Structured wall profile of spiral type, obtained by helical winding, smooth internally with external ribs reinforced by an integral and continuous galvanized steel sheet, omega-shaped, class DX51 D + ZF/Z compliant with UNI EN 10346, incorporated into the pipe wall. Continuous coupling of the galvanized steel core to the polyethylene walls obtained through chemical fastening ensuring polyethylene-steel solidarity and their perfect and uninterrupted adhesion. Dimensions allow inspection and maintenance, both ordinary and extraordinary, without tampering with the road surface.
