Description

Overview
The HBC-CP120 is a dedicated busbar cutting and punching machine for copper and aluminum busbars up to 120 × 12 mm. It combines shearing and hole punching in a single unit with two independent hydraulic power packs, allowing both operations to run simultaneously. Two configurations are available: ES (automatic with programmable stopper) and EH (manual stopper).

Technical information — descriptive
Machine is built around two separate double-acting hydraulic power packs (one per function) so cutting and punching can occur simultaneously. A laser center-finder improves hole alignment and speeds setup. Circular dies available from M6 to M18; oval and rectangular dies are optional. Hydraulic system operates at 200 bar and uses approximately 60 L of hydraulic oil (ISO VG 68). The design supports continuous production and offers automatic positioning (ES) or a manual stopper (EH).
