Overview
The HBC-CP160 ES/EH is a dedicated busbar punching and cutting machine (no bending station) for copper and aluminum busbar up to 160 × 15 mm. It integrates separate punching and cutting stations driven by independent double‑acting hydraulic power packs to allow simultaneous operation and maximise throughput. The unit is Industry 4.0 ready and intended for heavy‑current distribution and large switchgear production.

How it works
The machine uses two separate double‑acting hydraulic power packs running at an operating pressure of 230 bar, enabling punching and cutting to be performed simultaneously. Combined drive power is 4.5 kW. The 230‑bar hydraulic system ensures clean punching and shearing of thicker copper and aluminium bars. This model does not include a bending station; it is dedicated to cutting and punching only.
