The HBC-B200 (HBC-B200-ES / HBC-B200-EH) is a three-function busbar processing machine that performs cutting, punching and bending of copper and aluminum busbars up to 200 × 20 mm. The unit integrates a hydraulic power pack (12.5 kW) rated to 200 bar and is mounted on wheels for relocation on the shop floor. The three operations are available from the same machine unit and are performed sequentially (not simultaneously).

Main functions

• Cutting: precise 90° cuts for busbars up to 200 × 20 mm.
• Punching: holes up to Ø26 mm using up to 14 tool stations.
