Automatic coupling station for centralized material handling. Manages up to 60 inlets/outlets with compatible pipe sizes from 40 to 76 mm and a minimal footprint. Vertical compact design with inaccessible moving parts for operator safety. All internal pipe routing is realised with rigid piping (no flexible hoses).

Integration & operation
Integration with Winfactory 4.0 provides maximum traceability of materials and automatic setting of transport and line cleaning times. Material database, source/destination matrix and line recipes can be created in Winfactory 4.0 to automate Easylink+ configuration. Remote connection and stock monitoring with automatic reorder are supported.

Installation & construction
Available with a supporting frame for floor or mezzanine installation. Internal arm equipped with a local cleaning device to reduce contamination risk in the common circuit. Optional pneumatic slide gates on outlets to prevent residual pellets. Pneumatic fittings positioned by encoders; servo motors with inverters for fast, precise movements.
