System descriptionThe system is based on a vacuum receiver and a vacuum claw pump. Combined with a specifically shaped product intake shoe and a controlled breath valve, material is conveyed gently in plugs to the receiver, ensuring low transport speed and controlled flow.
PerformanceCapacity range: 100–15,000 kg/h. Typical transport speed: approx. 2/3 m/s, which contributes to lower energy consumption and reduced noise compared with high-speed pneumatic systems.
