HandlinkEVO is a gasket-less manual coupling station designed to avoid contamination while maintaining vacuum integrity. On the standard configuration, stainless steel is the only material in contact with plastic granules. The EVO model integrates an RFID tagging system and a local LED for real-time connection status. When used with Easy3+, the feeding control verifies correct closure or match between source and destination, inhibits feeding cycles on open circuit or material mismatch, and alerts the operator.
