Qpix CONTROL2 M/R is software for hardness testing that provides a uniform user interface across a range of Qness testers. It supports manual, semi-automatic and automated testers, helping operators to switch between devices with minimal retraining. Compatible with Qness 10/30/60 M; Qness 250/750/3000 C/CS; and Qness 250/750/3000 M/MS/E.
Seamless Software Platform
Qpix CONTROL2 enables consistent operation on manual devices using Qpix Control2 with external PCs, and on semi-automatic testers with Qpix Control2R and Qpix Control2M. The unified interface reduces procedural variation and simplifies configuration across device types.
Professional Data Management
The software offers structured batch management and template-driven test projects. Measurement results and job information are stored in an organized background database. Templates capture required test methods, sample designations and user-field data to standardize test execution and reporting.
Integration & Data Link-up
Qpix CONTROL2 supports bidirectional data interfaces to order management and higher-level IT systems, with options for customized link-up solutions on request. This enables automated exchange of test data and integration into production or quality workflows.
Visual & Sample Management
