Application examples & Realized Solutions- Fully automatic milling and Brinell hardness testing — BHT-M: QATM base machine with added milling for test point preparation; designed for large/heavy workpieces; typical HBW10/3000 load (other loads possible); AI-assisted image evaluation; cross-laser test point display; Siemens S7 control; cycle time approx. 90 s per test point; high test height and projection options.
- Fully automatic milling and Brinell testing for tyres — BHT-M wheel: Adapted for wheel tyres up to large diameters (examples up to 1200 mm); available as simplified stand-alone or fully automated configurations; image evaluation with AI; manual loading in some versions.
- Semi-automatic Rockwell hardness tester — RHT 800 / 1200: For small and large workpieces, supports all Rockwell scales; vertically movable test head; cross-laser for point positioning; QPix TE control; cycle time approx. 20 s per point; test heights 800/1200 mm.
- Semi-automatic Brinell hardness tester — BHT 1000 / 1500: For large workpieces; supports all Brinell methods; electrically driven vertical and rotation axes; QPix T2 control; cycle time approx. 35 s per point; configurable test heights and reach.
- Direct case hardness depth tester — DCM 1000: Rapid, non-destructive case depth determination (results within ~1 minute); available in multiple versions with different test heights and table configurations for inline or batch testing.
- Portable image evaluation — Qmobile: Mobile image evaluation unit with QPix T2 software for Brinell evaluation to standards; tablet-based industrial unit with integrated microscope/XLED optics for on-site testing.
- Large custom portals, inline special systems and mobile gateways: Fixed or movable testing portals for sheet metal, castings, bars/tubes, steel blocks and oversized components; options include roller conveyors, indexing tables, robot loading/unloading and custom nests for mass testing.
