Product introduction

• Specialized single-wire cutting machine for magnetic materials using diamond wire, designed for precise slicing of magnetic rods and blocks.
• Equipped with 20 independent workstations; supports synchronous processing of all 20 stations for high-volume production and single-station independent operation for flexible small-batch sampling.
• Greater process flexibility compared with multi-wire magnetic-material cutters: slice thickness adjustable between 10–140 mm without re-grooving rollers; after each cut the machine automatically advances the material to the set thickness and starts the next automatic cut, improving throughput and operator convenience.
