Product introduction
This equipment is a multi-wire cutting machine dedicated to magnetic materials using diamond wire. It is designed to combine high single-pass output with stable thin-slice cutting.

• Core components such as the machine bed are produced by casting. Rollers use a double-cone positioning structure paired with a servo motor synchronous direct-drive, significantly improving spindle rigidity and rotational stability at high speeds.
• Equipped with a power-off slow-stop function to reduce the risk of wire breakage during sudden power outages and to help maintain production continuity.
• Strong diamond-wire thinning capability while supporting large per-pass throughput, enabling a balance between thin-slice cutting stability and thick-slice processing efficiency.
