Product descriptionOur EA modules are designed for building automation, industrial automation and infrastructure applications. The modules are available in sizes 4, 8 or 12 TE (depending on the total number of I/O) and are intended for the 45 mm cutout of a standard control cabinet.
Functions & Use- Versions with integrated RS485 interface (ASCII + MODBUS/RTU Slave) or with Ethernet (ASCII + MODBUS/TCP Server).
- Support for a simple ASCII protocol to connect to media control systems or IoT controllers (e.g. Node-RED, NodeJs, Python).
- Ethernet versions additionally support MODBUS/RTU over Ethernet.
- Wide-range power supply: 12–48 V DC.
Specific LED moduleIn this product group there is a specific EA module to drive up to 12 LED strips with 12 PWM outputs. The outputs are divided into four groups; each group has its own power supply, allowing different LED strips to be mixed on a single module. Supported are common-anode LED strips and supply voltages up to 60 V DC.
ConfigurationThe free RESIConfigurator software is available for parameterisation and testing of the EA modules. Each product is supplied with a complete ASCII command list and a MODBUS register table with detailed explanations.
