Description

Overview
Modular digital I/O modules for building automation, industrial automation and infrastructure applications. Available in 4 MU, 8 MU or 12 MU formats to fit a 45 mm standard switchboard cutout; suitable for compact switchboard installations and scalable I/O deployments.

Interfaces & Protocols
  • RS485 interface with MODBUS/RTU Slave protocol
  • Ethernet interface with MODBUS/TCP Server protocol
  • All modules support a simple ASCII protocol (for media control systems or IoT controllers using Node-RED, NodeJs or Python)
  • Ethernet versions additionally support MODBUS/RTU via Ethernet

Power Supply
Wide-range DC power input: 12–48 Vdc. Designed for industrial power environments and DC distribution systems.

Digital Inputs & Outputs
  • Digital inputs: for DC signals up to 48 Vdc
  • Digital outputs: for DC signals up to 30 Vdc
  • Independent output groups allow mixed output voltages on a single module (e.g. 12 Vdc and 24 Vdc)
  • Output protection and diagnostics (depending on module type): thermal overload detection, short-circuit detection, open-wire detection, over-current detection; outputs shortcut protected

Available module configurations (examples from product options)
  • 6xDI + 6xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤700 mA)
  • 12xDI + 12xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤700 mA)
  • 16xDI + 15xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤350 mA)
  • 16xDI + 15xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤700 mA)
  • 32xDI + 30xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤350 mA)
  • 32xDI + 30xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤700 mA)
  • 64xDI + 60xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤350 mA)
  • 64xDI + 60xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤700 mA)
  • 76xDI + 72xDO (≤30 Vdc, ≤700 mA)

How to configure
Use the RESIConfigurator (free software) to parameterize and test IO modules. Each product includes a complete ASCII command list and a MODBUS register table with detailed explanations for integration and commissioning.
