Fabric inspection and measuring machine with winder SP-1/ER

Product overview
SP-1/ER is a universal inspection table for roller-blind fabrics. The standard module width is 3 m (300 cm), compatible with a wide range of fabric types. During inspection the material is first led across a dark tabletop for high-contrast visual checks and then across a backlight to reveal defects or production faults. After inspection the fabric is collected into an integrated storage area for easy removal at the end of the operation.

Construction and materials
The frame is built from powder-coated steel profiles. The table top comprises aluminum profiles, an MDF tabletop and an integrated backlight. The unwinding system uses two movable pipes; operation can be performed manually.
