Cone clamping elements RLK 136 TC are internal cone clamping connections with a double-slot design for backlash-free fastening and precise centring of hubs on solid shafts. They provide a fixed backstop point to prevent axial displacement during the clamping process and are suitable for repeated assembly operations.

Features

• Centres hub to shaft with high centring accuracy due to double-slot design.
• Can be assembled and disassembled multiple times.
• Very high transmissible torque across the size range.
• Short axial width (compact axial design).
• No axial displacement between hub and shaft during clamping thanks to fixed backstop point.
• High machining precision.
• Transmissible torque range: 6 700 Nm up to 994 500 Nm (depending on size).
• For shaft diameters between 70 mm and 600 mm.
