Overview
The positive SIKUMAT® SN torque limiters are precision safety devices for installations and machines requiring defined overload protection and automatic synchronous re-engagement.

Function

• When the preset limit torque is reached the SIKUMAT® ratchets and interrupts torque transmission.
• After removal of the overload the unit automatically re-engages synchronously to the starting position after a 360° rotation.
• Overload can be signalled via a proximity switch to stop the drive immediately or to trigger another control function.
