The R&S®RSC is a switchable, mechanical step attenuator. It is available in various models with up to 6 GHz and 18 GHz, and can also control compact external units up to 40 GHz and 67 GHz. The base units provide a GUI for various settings, calibration and configuration of external modules. All models have RF connectors on the front panel or rear panel for rack installation. The base units can also control external high frequency 40 GHz/67 GHz units with auto detect via USB. User calibration can further enhance accuracy by integrating the test cable into the attenuation values.
