Description

IQ3M Pro modulating duty 3-phase intelligent electric actuator with solid state reversing starter including an electronic motor ‘brake’ feature. Fast-response remote control circuits for rapid control. Benefitting from all the features of the IQ3 Pro electric actuator, including double-sealed enclosure to IP66/68 7m for 72 hours, non-intrusive controls and network compatibility. Features • Designed for modulating duties of up to 1,200 starts per hour (S4 / Class C) • Solid state starter adds an electronic motor ‘brake’ feature for optimised positional control • Watertight and explosionproof to international standards • The IQ3 Pro range builds upon the industry-leading IQ3 with the addition of a ‘connected platform’, enabling the development of new features to drive digitalisation and future-proofing of electric actuation • IQ3 Pro range can be configured and controlled via the Rotork App for smartphones which also allows data log extraction from the actuator. Data logs can be exported from the App to Rotork Insight 2 software or sent to Rotork’s secure cloud-based intelligent asset management (iAM) system for detailed analysis and preventative maintenance planning • IQ3 Pro range are available with multiport functionality allowing control of multiport valves, allowing the input or output of product to be diverted to any one of 3 to 16 ports • is available with closed-loop control, incorporating the on-off/bang-bang control or PID control methodologies that are typically used in a PLC or discrete PID controller† ∑ Contact Rotork for latest product range availability
