IQ3H Pro is the high output speed version of the robust multi-turn IQ Pro actuator. Gearing is optimised to be irreversible and provide a self-locking function for the valve. Developed for diverter valves in meter prover applications, IQ3H Pro provides fast operation with positive seating without backdriving. Features • IQ3H Pro are high output speed versions of the IQ3 actuator, benefitting from all the features and industry-leading reliability of the intelligent IQ3 range • Fast operation is achieved by using a 1:3 step up epicyclic gearbox between the 2-pole motor and worm gearbox • This field-proven and reliable design was first implemented in IQ actuators of the 1990s • The IQ3 Pro range builds upon the industry-leading IQ3 with the addition of a ‘connected platform’, enabling the development of new features to drive digitalisation and future-proofing of electric actuation • IQ3 Pro range can be configured and controlled via the Rotork App for smartphones which also allows data log extraction from the actuator. Data logs can be exported from the App to Rotork Insight 2 software or sent to Rotork’s secure cloud-based intelligent asset management (iAM) system for detailed analysis and preventative maintenance planning • IQ3 Pro range are available with multiport functionality allowing control of multiport valves, allowing the input or output of product to be diverted to any one of 3 to 16 ports • is available with closed-loop control, incorporating the on-off/bang-bang control or PID control methodologies that are typically used in a PLC or discrete PID controller† ∑ Contact Rotork for latest product range availability
