The NJP-200C capsule filling machine is designed for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production lines to fill powders, granules and pellets into hard-shell capsules (sizes 000# to 5#). How it works
The NJP-200C separates and orients empty capsule bodies, meters the solid formulation and joins body and cap to produce sealed capsules.

• Empty capsules are fed and oriented so open ends face upward.
• Accurate volumetric/dosage metering deposits the required amount of powder or granules into each capsule body.
• The machine reunites capsule cap and body to close and secure the filled content.
• Completed capsules are discharged; defective units are rejected and removed for quality control.
